Livermore Project - This job turned out beautifully! We updated the primary bathroom by removing the outdated tub/shower combo that once dominated the space and created a simple yet textured shower that exudes modern elegance. The sleek tiles and thoughtful design choices brought life to the area, enhancing its overall appeal. Adding the shower valves to the pony wall not only streamlined the look but also created a functional touch that the homeowners love.
The kitchen’s footprint was thoughtfully altered to create significantly more storage and counter space by removing two small pantries and replacing them with elegant counter cabinets designed for both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Every detail in this space aligns harmoniously, showcasing a cohesive design that flows seamlessly from one area to another, even featuring a custom touch for their beloved dog, ensuring that the entire family, including the furry member, enjoys the space. Special thanks to the skilled craftsmen at Gliding Shelves from Pleasanton for the stunning cabinets that not only enhance the kitchen’s beauty but also provide practical solutions for organized living, perfectly embodying the balance between style and utility.
Fremont Project – You can’t get more classic than a black and white bathroom. However, adding texture and a touch of green to the walls gave this design personality and visual interest. This is truly a space that pictures don’t do justice, as the white shower wall tiles have a subtle textured floral pattern that adds depth and elegance while maintaining the classic aesthetic.
Pleasanton Project – 3 different bathrooms with 3 different design styles. The primary bathroom is elegant and timeless, serving as a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Alpine Granite walls and countertops steal the show with its natural beauty. Adding the square mesh tile band around the bathroom ties this large space together effortlessly, creating a harmonious flow between the different elements.
The boy’s bathroom was a lot of fun to create and think outside the box, from the live edge wooden mirrors to the green porcelain slab walls that add a vibrant pop of color. The seamless integration of modern elements, paired with rustic wood tones, gives this bathroom so much personality and warmth.
The guest bathroom was the biggest transformation of all, showcasing a stunning blend of style and functionality. We removed a wall that separated the vanity from the toilet and shower room, creating an open and airy space that invites relaxation. To enhance this modern aesthetic, we added permanent marble art to the shower wall, providing a striking visual focal point that catches the eye. The pendants hanging asymmetrically over the vanity not only illuminate the area beautifully but also make this bathroom unique from the start, imbuing it with character and charm.
Glenmore Project – Bold and beautiful is how I would describe this makeover. It was a very unique footprint with an even more unigue sunken shower/tub combo and we tweaked it slightly to give my clients as much storage as possible. They are not afraid of pattern as you can see which made the walls thoughtfully designed to be detailed without demanding too much attention.
Brentwood Project – This tiny toilet/shower closet got a stunning makeover with one major goal in mind: to trick the eye into thinking it’s bigger than it really is. To achieve this illusion, 12×24 porcelain tiles were meticulously laid in a two wide by two tall basket weave pattern on all four walls. The transformation was not only about aesthetics; it also aimed for functionality and flow. Due to the installation of a pocket door, the toilet paper location had to be creatively positioned across from the toilet. Once again, with the number one goal of maximizing space in mind, we recessed the toilet paper roll neatly into the wall.
The kitchen was the biggest change! Original cabinets, dropped ceiling, and tile countertops from the 1970’s added a sense of nostalgia, but to breathe new life into the space, the cabinets were thoughtfully painted, giving them a vintage touch along with the archtop door fronts that now gleam with a refreshed look. New lighting fixtures were installed, illuminating the area beautifully, while a striking geometric backsplash was introduced, adding depth and texture to the design. Together, these elements converge to create a kitchen that not only honors its past but also embraces a modern flair, making it a welcoming and stylish centerpiece for family gatherings and unforgettable dinner parties. This unique combination of old and new truly gives this kitchen its own distinct character and charm.
Danville Project – This see-thru fireplace was a must when updating this open floor plan, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the space. What once was a solid fireplace directed towards the kitchen is now a modern element that transforms the atmosphere, providing a stylish focal point for the players enjoying a game of pool and the guests engaging in lively conversation in the kitchen. The design encourages connectivity within the open layout, as warmth and ambiance emanate from the fireplace, drawing everyone together. Furthermore, the concrete pendants beautifully mimic the faux concrete tile, contributing a cohesive design element that ties the various features of the space together harmoniously. The choice of SW Iron Ore paint on the island serves as a striking contrast to the surrounding white cabinetry, breaking up the monotony and adding depth to the overall design.
